Shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within 5 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier with tracking and delivery without signature.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We suggest you to group your items in only one order. We can not group two separate orders separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one. Your package will be sent at your risk, but special attention will be paid to fragile items.

Boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected.


Art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, in matter of distance sales, if the customer is a consumer he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations. To exercise this right, customer must send by registered mail A.R. a communication to that effect, within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to the following address: Le Delizie della Costiera, Via Vanvitelli 9, 84085 Mercato San Severino (SA). The communication must be sent, after warning, by writing to the e-mail address:

N.B. In the mail requesting the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate details of a bank or post office account in order to refund the amount due (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder)

To exercise right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

1. Customer must contacts via email or telephone our offices to express their wish to avail themselves of the right of withdrawal and request a "withdrawal code" to be indicated in the registered mail to manage the product that will come into our warehouses

2. Customer expresses his wish to avail himself of the right of withdrawal in the manner described above

3. Purchased good must be intact and got back in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, indicating the "withdrawal management code" on the outside of the package.

The goods once arrived at our warehouse, will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

After checking the integrity of the goods, we will re-credit the amount already paid, no later than 30 days from receipt of the registered mail, by bank transfer to the current account customer have communicated.

Refund concerne price of the product purchased, net of costs incurred to deliver the product.
