Amalfi Coast is famous for the production of excellent liqueurs. Yellow and orange of citrus fruits have colors of the sun and sunset and green of the earth, of the hills and of the mountains completes the whole. Lemons mark the landscape of the Amalfi Coast in a unique way becoming protagonists of many typical recipes among which the “Limoncello” stands out, but not only this. Next it are produced other liqueurs, jams that use local fruits and herbs, such as fennel liqueur, myrtle, mandarin, wild strawberries, licorice, the “Concert” liquor, lemon  orange and mandarin jams.
