These juicy and fragrant citrus fruits are the secret ingredient of our authentic limoncello. Once the lemons are carefully hand-picked, they are taken to our laboratory, where Rino and Anna work with passion and dedication.

Here, the lemons are delicately peeled by hand to obtain the most fragrant and aromatic part of the peel. This peel is then immersed in pure alcohol for several days, allowing the essential oils of the lemons to gradually infuse into the liqueur.
